We ship worldwide using DPD, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times vary by destination country and range between 3–10 days.
Where Is My Order?
At NYA Atelier, we ensure that your order is delivered securely and promptly, no matter where you are in the world.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, a tracking notification will be sent by email and text.
All orders within the UK are delivered by DPD. This is our standard free delivery service. Once shipped, your order will be delivered the next working day, Monday to Friday, and you will receive a 1-hour delivery time slot on the day the delivery takes place.
For international orders, we urge customers to keep an eye out for the customs payment email. Payment must be made within 3 days to ensure your parcel continues to move swiftly through the delivery network and reaches you within the stated time frame.
What Are Customs Duties & Taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are fees set by a government on goods transported across international borders and are payable on orders that are being shipped outside of the UK. NYA Atelier does not cover these costs, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sizing
On our website, you will find a detailed size chart for each style. These measurements are of the actual garment laid flat, and the garment outline above the size chart indicates each area of the measurements stated.

Please refer to the Details section on each product page, which indicates whether we recommend sizing up or down and provides information on the amount of stretch the garment has.

What Is The Order Process?
At NYA Atelier, we take great pride in the quality of our dresses, with careful quality control measures in place. Each order is individually inspected and professionally steamed before it is beautifully hand-packed with care, ensuring every order is perfect.
How Can I Return Or Exchange An Order?
All returns are the responsibility of the customer. As stated in our returns procedure, please email us on info@nyaatelier.com if you would like to return or exchange your order within 7 days.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, we are happy to send your preferred size free of charge once your return has been received.
This applies to both UK and international orders and is available for a one-time size
exchange on the same style dress.
Do you offer next day delivery ?
Yes, we offer next day delivery within the UK only for £12.99. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM to guarantee delivery by 12:30 PM the following working day.
Weekends and bank holidays are not included in our next day delivery service.
