Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.

1.2. Items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

1.3. All our garments pass a quality control check, and each item is inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that there is a fault, please contact info@nyaatelier.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and send clear images of the fault.

1.4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any return.

1.5. Package Protection (Swap Protect) is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns or order changes.

2. Initiating a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please email info@nyaatelier.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2. If you choose to arrange your own return, please use a tracked and reliable courier service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

3.3. All returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements.

4.2. You will be notified by email once your return has been approved or, if applicable, declined.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
